Meet Meg
Meg Saricks isn't sure whether or not she's supposed to write in the third person on these things, but is pretty sure it sounds fancier when you do... However, jig is up- hello, it's me! I'm thrilled you're here :) A little somethin' about me before you dive into this site, I'm an actor/dancer from Downers Grove, Illinois (a Chicago suburb). After seeing Dirty Dancing as a wee babe, I was certain that I wanted to be Baby when I grew up (that and marry Patrick Swayze) so I spent all of my time dancing. Through my years at the Blonn Dance Academie, I have been given the opportunity to perform in places such as Spain (Barcelona, Sitges, Girona, and Blanes), Disney World, Florida (Magic Kingdom and EPCOT Theme Park), Premier Cruise's Big Red Boat, and France (Disneyland Paris and at the Festival de Sedroc in Sedroc, France).
As much as I loved dancing, I decided to put it on the backburner after high school graduation. I came to Kansas to pursue acting at the University of Kansas. While I was there, I met some really kick ass people and grew as an actor in numerous theatre productions and classes. In the summer of 2007 I studied abroad in England where I participated in a Shakespeare Intensive with the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon.
After graduating with a BGS in Pretend and a concentration in Moving Pretty (aka: Theatre and Dance), I moved to the Kansas City area where my film career really started to open up. While there, I acted in numerous commercials, short films, and feature films including Lionsgate's 'Nailbiter' in which I won 2 Best Actress awards for my work in that film.
Now living in LA, I'm loving what this new town has to offer :) Biggest news to date is having just wrapped a dream voiceover job of playing the voice of Detective Juli Kidman in Tango Gameworks/ Bethesda Softworks' video game "The Evil Within 2" coming out October 13th, 2017!
