I just got home from a week long shoot in beautiful Colorado. I had worked with the director Jem Moore years ago when I was still living in Kansas and he reached out to me earlier this year to see if I would be a part of this shoot. Of course I enthusiastically said yes. However, I had broken my wrist this past May and was worried that that would change his mind and want to cast someone else with 2 working arms. Luckily for me, Jem not only said it wasn't a problem, he loved that my character would actually have a broken arm, so much so that when we film the feature, he may have me wrap my arm up again and pretend it's still broken! I had such a blast working with everyone and am hopeful that this trailer will help bring in money so that we can film the feature soon!
